Return & Refund Policy

Our ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your SpeediCator™ purchase.

If you are dissatisfied with your product, you may return it within thirty (30) days to our warehouse for a full refund, no questions asked!

Simply call us at +972-3-9153383 or e-mail us. One of our customer service representatives will provide you with simple instructions for sending the product back to us and obtaining a full refund. Your refund will be processed when the item being returned has been received at our warehouse. Refunds will be made by crediting the original method of payment.

Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable.

After the return period, products will be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. We will accept defective products within one year of the original invoice date. At our discretion, we will either ship a replacement product or fix the defective one and send it back to you.
